Breaking filter silence to toot my own horn: as of tonight I've lost 20 pounds since March 26! It's amazing the results you can get when you do what you're supposed to.
I've got less than 2 pounds to go to hit my 10% goal! The suspense is killing me!
CONGRATULATIONS! Keep up the good work. My weigh in's are on Friday mornings, so I won't for a few more hours how I am going this week. But this is week 3 for me.
Bummer. Weighed in and I am UP 1.5 pounds. WTF? Oh well, I have been doing SO MUCH better for food choices and exercise. It is the right thing to do, so I will keep it up.
